Crawlertech has now offers a kit that bombproofs your JK Front Dana 30 Or Rubicon Dana 44. The kit includes 2 inner sleeving tubes that add .250 wall (1/4") to the thickness of the oe 1/4" tubing making the axle housing 1/2" wall. The kit also includes a lower outer 1/2 round tube that is also 1/4" thick that cradles the midsection of the housing and brings the total to 3/4" thick at the most critical point. Also included are 2 gussest that beef up the inner C's at the end of the housings and a center gusset that beefs up the upper control arm mount. All this for $999 installed.
If you wait till you have bent your housing we can straighten that too (most times without removal of the housing from the jeep) For an additional $200. If the housing needs to be removed from the jeep for straightening, hourly rates apply.
